Job Description

Outbound Calls:Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or conduct surveys.
Inbound Call Handling:Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales Support:Generate leads, explain product features, and follow up on customer interactions to convert prospects into customers.
Customer Relationship Management:Maintain updated customer records, manage customer databases, and build strong relationships through effective communication.
Performance Management:Adhere to call scripts, achieve daily/weekly sales or engagement targets, and meet performance goals.
Feedback & Reporting:Collect customer feedback, report findings to supervisors, and contribute suggestions for improving customer service.
Administrative Tasks:Keep records of calls and customer interactions, process orders, and manage call logs accurately.
