Ltd Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers over the phone. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services. Receive and handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate leads through cold calling and warm calling techniques. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Follow predefined scripts and guidelines for conducting calls, while also being able to adapt and improvise as necessary. Provide feedback to the team leader or manager regarding customer responses, market trends, and any issues encountered during calls. Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies governing telecalling activities. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Good time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits: Salary+ Incentives
