Coordinate with delivery partners to arrange redelivery as per customer convenience. Resolve customer queries and complaints related to non-delivery. Maintain accurate records of calls, resolutions, and follow-ups. Escalate issues to the appropriate team if needed for quick resolution. Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and resolution rates.
