Key Responsibilities

•  Lead Qualification and Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, explain services, persuade them to make purchases, or schedule appointments.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting Targets: Aim to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and sales conversions.
• Target-Based Job. Incentive application.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of

  digital marketing concepts

  (SEO, social media, content, ads).
• Good

  communication and calling skills

  (English/Hindi/Bengali preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
