Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: Panipat
Experience: Telecalling / Real Estate Calling
Salary:
● ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Telecalling experience)
● Up to ₹25,000 (Real Estate telecalling experience)
Job Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads
● Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers clearly
● Handle inbound queries and schedule site visits
● Follow up with interested clients for conversions
● Maintain lead records and call updates in CRM/Excel
● Coordinate with sales team for closures
● Ensure professional and positive client interaction
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
● Real estate calling experience preferred
● Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
● Basic computer/CRM knowledge
