We are a reputed school located at Panaiyur, ECR, Chennai. We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller who can handle parent interactions and admission enquiries with professionalism.

Position: Telecaller (Female Candidate)Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (a must).
• Pleasant communication & convincing skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling / counselling / customer support preferred.
• Ability to handle admission enquiries confidently.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Make & receive calls regarding school enquiries and admissions.
• Explain school programs, facilities, and admission process clearly to parents.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up effectively.
• Support the admission team with parent communication.
