As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with doctors and hospitals to promote and sell our cutting-edge Sasa-based products. Your role will involve making outbound calls to medical professionals, building and maintaining a strong customer database, addressing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to medical professionals and hospitals to introduce and market our Sasa-based products. - Build and maintain a strong customer database. - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products. - Achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage, but not mandatory. - Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive communication style. - Enthusiastic, target-driven, and a strong team player. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
