We are hiring Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives who can reach out to potential clients and generate leads for various insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain insurance plans clearly
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow-up with interested leads regularly
• Maintain proper records of calls and responses
• Help walk-in clients at office (if needed)
• Assist in basic client servicing & paperwork

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Punjabi preferred)
• Confident and goal-oriented
• Basic understanding of insurance is a plus (Training provided)
• Comfortable with phone calls and client follow-ups
