Provide step-by-step technical assistance to users unfamiliar with digital tools or hardware. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve recurring or complex issues. 3. Installation & software upgrade assistance: Guide clients through the installation of hardware devices and the setup of software tools. Provide remote or verbal support for software upgrades, patches, and updates. Ensure compliance with installation standards and software compatibility requirements.
