A telecaller's job is to represent a company and communicate with clients over the phone to solve the query of clients .
Responsibilities:-
1. Make outbound calls to clients and prospects.
2. Promote products/services and build customer relationships.
3. Schedule follow-up calls with existing clients.
4. Address clients queries and concerns.
5. Meet and exceed daily call targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of clients interactions.
7. Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads.
8. Work on CRM.
