Job Description: Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator

We are a leading Solar Vendor based in Mangalapuram, Thiruvananthapuram, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator to join our growing team.

Location: Mangalapuram, Thiruvananthapuram (Work from Office)

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,500 (based on experience).
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Weekly Off: Every Sunday.
• Paid Leave: 1 Paid Leave per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce solar products and services.
• Lead Generation: Following up on inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Data Entry: Accurately maintaining and updating customer records, leads, and sales data in our database or Excel sheets.
• Documentation: Preparing daily reports on call status and data entry progress.
• Customer Support: Handling incoming calls and addressing basic queries regarding solar installations.
• Meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any stream.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in both Telecalling and Data Entry roles.
• Computer Skills: Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and general computer operations.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam; proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Patient, persuasive, and able to handle customer rejections professionally.
