Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from our database or leads. Explain course details, admission process, and institute facilities. Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain and update lead records and status in CRM or Excel. Counsel walk-in students and convert inquiries into admissions. Meet monthly admission targets. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students.
