Telecaller cum administrative

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to become a valuable member of our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential students. You will be tasked with explaining our various courses and programs while effectively handling inquiries and converting leads into admissions. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to provided inquiries and leads. You will need to articulate information about our institute's programs, courses, and admission procedures in a clear and engaging manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of conversations, handling inbound calls, and ensuring the provision of accurate information. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions, maintaining daily call logs, and updating lead statuses in our CRM system. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. You must exhibit confidence, politeness, and persuasive speaking abilities. Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel and CRM tools, is essential. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
