CEOITBox, founded by Sanjeev Jain, helps business owners and professionals grow using AI, automation and smart tools. We run live webinars, hands-on workshops and programmes. Our learning journey starts with the AIBB webinar and continues into the AIGA workshop and the MBAI programme.

We are building a new calling team and are looking for energetic people who enjoy talking to customers and want to grow a career in sales.

Role purpose

Turn interested leads into enrolments. You will call people who have shown interest in CEOITBox, invite them to our AIBB webinar and help them enrol in the AIGA workshop or the MBAI programme.

Key responsibilities

Make around 100 outbound calls a day to leads assigned to you in the CRM.

Work on both existing database leads and fresh leads from ads, website, WhatsApp and Instagram.

Understand each lead’s business and needs, and recommend the right next step: the AIBB webinar, the AIGA workshop or the MBAI programme.

Handle questions and objections on price, time and value with confidence, using our call scripts.

Share online payment links and follow up quickly on pending or failed payments.

Call webinar attendees the next morning to offer the workshop.

Record every call, outcome and follow-up date in the CRM on the same day.

Use approved WhatsApp templates for follow-ups and reminders.

Take part in weekly call reviews and act on coaching feedback.

How your performance is measured

Calls made and calls connected each day

Leads registered for the webinar

Conversion: sales closed out of leads connected

Revenue closed each month

Accurate and timely CRM updates

Call quality review scores

What we are looking for

Clear spoken Hindi and English.

Confidence on the phone and comfort working with daily and monthly targets.

Basic computer skills: CRM, WhatsApp Web and Google Sheets.

Graduate, or 12th pass with relevant experience.

Good to have

6 months to 2 years in EdTech, inside sales or tele-sales (freshers with strong communication are welcome).

Experience using a dialer or CRM.

Interest in AI, business or entrepreneurship.
