We’re Hiring – Telecaller
Location: Britfort Corporate Office, Edapally
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone to promote our services and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads to achieve sales and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
