Job Description

The EMI Reminder Caller will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of their upcoming Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) payments for loans taken from our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming EMI due dates and confirm payment schedules. Payment Assistance: Provide clear information about EMI amounts, due dates, and payment methods, addressing any customer queries. Customer Support: Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone to ensure positive customer experiences.
