Steps to College is a growing education consultancy helping students and parents with college admissions across India. We work closely with students to guide them toward the right college and course after 12th.

Job Role:

We are hiring a Female Telecaller who is confident, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

This role involves speaking with parents and students, explaining our admission services, and converting interested leads into counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to parents and students
• Explain admission options and counselling services clearly
• Follow up with interested leads
• Work towards daily & monthly sales targets
• Update call records and follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
