Experience:
1–3 years in Telecalling / Customer Support
Languages: English, Tamil
Role :
1. Explain product to the customer and take their confirmation before disbursement
2. Follow up with Sales team for closure of the cases
3. Handle internal disbursement system.
4. Check KYC, disbursal instruction form, Policy paper, consultant paper, relation proof if req, and other docs before sending the case to finance for disbursement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
