Outbound Calls: Engaging with potential customers to introduce products or services. Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. Data Management: Accurately recording call details and updating customer records in a CRM system. Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets or lead generation goals. Compliance: Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies. Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call details and follow-up requirements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
