Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good communication skills and a basic understanding of Coimbatore's local geography. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and explain products/services. Generate interest and fix appointments or collect relevant details. Maintain records of calls and update customer information accurately. Coordinate with the sales/field team for lead follow-up and conversion. Provide excellent customer interaction with a focus on relationship building. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any Bachelor's Degree Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome) Languages: Tamil (mandatory), basic English Location Knowledge: Must know the geography and key areas of Coimbatore Skills: Good verbal communication, basic computer skills, ability to work in a team Other Details: Office Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore Mode of Work: Work from Office only Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Attractive incentives for performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Are you willing to work from Office in Saravanampatti?
