Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents based on leads provided. Provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and benefits. Understand the needs and interests of students to recommend suitable programs. Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure conversion. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes on Spreadsheets. Handle inquiries politely and professionally, resolving doubts and concerns. Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to schedule appointments and close enrollments. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
