Job Description

Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing students as well as prospective students
Obtaining students' information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the student and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Taking and processing product queries in a professional manner.
Maintaining the database on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements
