Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.
Provide accurate information about products and assist with their usage.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Generate reports on customer feedback, queries, and complaints.
Handle customer feedback with professionalism.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, Marathi. (Multilingual)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM software.
Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns. Prior experience in tele-calling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
