Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database or provided leads.
Explain company products (e.g.,

acoustic panels, baffles, geotextile materials) and services clearly and professionally.
Identify client needs and arrange appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Follow up on incoming inquiries and maintain regular contact with existing leads.
Maintain and update lead records, call logs, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Handle basic queries related to product features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a polite and professional phone manner at all times.

Key Requirements:

Min 1 years

of experience in telecalling or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
**Fluent commiunication in English is a Must**
Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, Bengali

.
Basic knowledge of

MS Office, Excel

and CRM tools.
Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided if needed).
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
