Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
• Explain course details, admission process, and career opportunities.
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
