Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller – GSA to join our team at AQUATICA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information about our services and offerings. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about company services and promotions
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries in a professional manner
• Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the database
• Follow up on leads and generate potential customer interest
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Support sales and marketing efforts through effective communication

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry)
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Female Candidates Preferable
• Immediate joiners preferred
