Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.Maintain customer database and update call records in Excel/CRM.Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments/sales.Maintain a professional and polite communication tone.Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam, English
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to handle customer queries politely and confidently.Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
