We are looking for a **Female Customer Care Executive** to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in **telecalling, telesales, BPO, voice process, customer care, or customer support.** Key Responsibilities: - Contact bank employees via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. - Promote our banking career classes and encourage enrollments. - Maintain a database of potential and existing clients. - Provide information about courses and answer inquiries. - Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
