Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, cold-calling prospects, and qualifying prospective business leads.
* Sales Pitching: Explaining products or services clearly, answering customer questions, and persuading prospects to make a purchase or book an appointment.
* Customer Support: Resolving incoming inquiries, handling complaints, and providing accurate product information to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Data Management: Updating customer details, call logs, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules accurately within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Feedback Gathering: Collecting market insights, customer preferences, and objections to share with marketing and product teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Verbal Communication: Exceptional speaking clarity, active listening, and the ability to articulate value propositions easily over the phone.
* Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen to handle objections gracefully and guide conversations toward a positive closing or next step.
* Resilience & Focus: High emotional stamina to handle repetitive tasks, frequent rejections, and cold calls without losing enthusiasm.
Experience
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a coaching Institute.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
