Job Description

Outbound Calls: Tele-callers make outbound calls to customers, potential clients, or leads to promote products/services, follow up on inquiries, or collect information.
Inbound Calls: Some tele-callers handle inbound calls from customers who have queries, require support, or need assistance with products or services.
Sales and Lead Generation: In sales-related roles, tele-callers may need to identify potential leads, pitch products/services, and close sales over the phone.
Customer Service: Providing information, handling complaints, resolving issues, and offering solutions to customer problems.
Appointment Scheduling: Tele-callers might be responsible for setting appointments for sales teams or other departments.
Data Entry and Reporting: They often enter the details of their conversations, record customer information, and report on call outcomes or follow-up actions.
Follow-ups: Contacting customers or leads after initial communication to ensure satisfaction or move forward with a sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
