Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads or database.
· Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and loan options.
· Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team for follow-ups.
· Maintain proper call records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
· Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
· Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
· Support marketing campaigns and event-based lead follow-ups.
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Tamil/Hindi as applicable).
· Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
· Basic computer and CRM data entry knowledge.
· Target-driven and positive attitude.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
