Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with at least one year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and assisting the sales team in closing property deals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote residential and commercial properties. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed property information. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and leads in the excel sheet. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, interests, and potential new opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages. Good knowledge of real estate products, projects, and the local property market. Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software or MS Office. Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
