We are looking for a Telecaller for Admissions to guide students, explain courses, and help them complete the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students who enquired about courses
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits
- Handle incoming calls and answer student/parent queries
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course
- Follow up with leads and convert them into walk-ins and admissions
- Maintain student enquiry data and update CRM/software
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer support
Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in Telecalling
- Good communication skills in Kannada
- Strong convincing and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle student queries with patience
- Freshers can also apply
