We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, collect feedback, and provide support. This role is crucial in building customer relationships and achieving company sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Take customer orders and process returns when necessary.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or resolve issues.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Record feedback and suggest improvements to the process or offerings.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Duties:
Calling prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Explaining product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining call logs and preparing reports.
Updating customer information in the database.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
