Job Role Overview:
As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to resolve user queries and concerns over calls in a professional and timely manner. You’ll act as the first point of contact for users facing issues with registration, team creation, payments, withdrawals, or app usage. with both inbound and outbound calls
