Job Role

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and building strong relationships. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the services offered.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed service information.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads for elder care services.
• Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build rapport with clients and ensure follow-up calls are made.
• Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in achieving sales targets through lead conversion.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers or new services.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Provide daily updates on call performance to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil; English proficiency is a plus.
