Tele Caller Executive /English

we are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our customer support and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential patients, providing information about our services, and converting leads into appointments through professional communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential patients and respond to inquiries regarding hair transplant and other clinic services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

• Explain treatments, procedures, and consultation processes clearly and convincingly.

• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate call records.

• Maintain a patient-friendly tone while handling queries, objections, or concerns.

• Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to ensure timely consultation follow-ups.

• Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and appointment tracking.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments.

• Handle WhatsApp messages and online chat inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Punjabi (preferred).

• Confident, polite, and patient-friendly attitude.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

• Goal-oriented with strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
