Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our interiors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, fixing appointments, and following up with potential clients for interior design services. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s interior design services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information regarding services, pricing, and timelines. Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments for the design team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead status in CRM. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client queries. Coordinate with the design and sales teams for seamless customer experience. Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all communications. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as defined by the team lead or manager.
