We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving call and conversion targets, recording customer interactions, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Fluency in English, Hindi, or a regional language is desirable. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Training and incentives are provided.
