Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
Explain the centre's IVF, fertility, and pregnancy-related services.
Follow up with prospective patients and enquiries.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain patient enquiry records and follow-up details.
Provide accurate information and respond to basic patient queries.
Coordinate with the front office and hospital team.
Maintain a polite, professional, and patient-friendly approach.
Follow up with patients through calls and WhatsApp.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Ability to communicate confidently with patients.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Good listening and convincing skills.
