Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries. Provide information about products/services and their benefits. Follow up on previous interactions or leads. Maintain a record of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Role & responsibilities.
