Job Description

Role & responsibilities Knowledgfe in IDS mendatory Ensure excellent guest services are provided at all times. Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle VIP guest services and ensure special requests are fulfilled. Manage, train, and motivate front office staff to provide exceptional service. Assign daily duties to front desk agents and ensure proper shift coverage. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Ensure that the reservation system is accurately updated and manage room availability. Monitor room occupancy and rates to optimize hotel revenue. Maintain cash controls, including handling deposits, payments, and billing. Prepare and review reports related to front office financial transactions. Ensure accurate room billing and credit card authorization. Serve as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.). Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met, and rooms are ready for occupancy. Maintain effective communication with management regarding guest feedback and potential issues. Identify opportunities to enhance the front office operations and guest experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices.
