Job Description

Knowledgfe in IDS mendatory Guest Check-in and Check-out : Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring that all guest details are accurately recorded. Issue room keys, provide information about hotel amenities, and answer any guest questions. Guest Services and Communication : Assist with guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and general information. Handle guest requests for special accommodations or services, ensuring they are met promptly. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. Reservations Management : Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details and room availability. Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests as needed. Confirm reservations and update booking systems in real time. Guest Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Escalate more complex issues to the Front Office Manager or appropriate department. Ensure that guests needs are anticipated and exceeded whenever possible. Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system (PMS). Process payments and ensure that guest accounts are accurately billed. Prepare daily reports related to guest arrivals, departures, and special requests. Coordination with Other Departments : Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Relay important information, including guest preferences, room issues, or special requirements to the relevant departments. Security and Safety : Monitor the security of the hotel and report any safety concerns or incidents. Follow hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, emergencies, and evacuations. Promote Hotel Services : Promote additional services such as room upgrades, dining options, and spa services to guests. Upsell products and services to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
