Gender :Female (Married only)

Qualification: Any UG/PG degree

Experience: 6 months to 2 years experience in Tecalling/Client/Customer care/Customer Relationship .

Location: Gudalur, Cumbum, Pusanampatti, Chinnamanur

Salary: 10k to 12k plus Incentives. ( Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining data integrity by ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date customer information.
• Using CRM systems to manage relationships and track customer interactions.
• Identifying and addressing customer complaints.
• Overseeing interactions between customers and key team members.
• Analyzing customer behavior to predict future needs and interactions.
• Developing new ways to meet customer needs and improve customer service.
• Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
