Tele Caller

As a Telecaller at Amritha Kalasha Health care centre, your role involves interacting with patients and providing them with information and assistance regarding hospital services. Your key responsibilities include: - Handling Patient Inquiries: Answer calls from patients regarding hospital services, doctors, and departments. - Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments. - Follow-ups: Call patients for appointment reminders, follow-up visits, or feedback. - Billing & Queries: Assist patients with billing details and related questions. - Emergency Call Management: Guide callers in case of emergency situations by directing them to the right department. - Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain patient call logs, update records, and ensure data accuracy. - Promotional Calls: Inform patients about new services, health packages, or upcoming health checkup camps. - Handling Complaints & Escalations: Address patient complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Qualifications Required: - Telecaller - Apply Female only - UG (Fresher or experienced preferred) - Excellent communication skills (Tamil and English language preferred). - Customer service skills with a polite and empathetic approach. - Basic computer skills for data entry and record management. - Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
