We Are Hiring- Tele caller / Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated Tele caller / Admission Counsellor to follow up on leads and assist prospective students with admission inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with potential leads via phone calls and messages

- Provide accurate information about courses and admission procedures

- Maintain lead records and update status regularly

- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth processing

Requirements:

- Prior experience in tele calling or admission counselling preferred

-Good communication skills in English and local language

- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively

- Must be based in/near Calicut

Salary: Based on experience + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
