Job Summary
We are hiring a Tele caller with experience in the education sector. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be based in or near Calicut, with flexibility to work both from home and office. Immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries
- Explain academic programs and services
- Schedule demo classes or counselling sessions
- Maintain and update call records/follow-ups
Requirements:
- Experience in tele calling (education sector preferred)
- Good communication in Malayalam and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be based in/near Calicut
Salary: Based on experience + incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
