About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate DevOps Trainer with 57 years of industry and training experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs in DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise along with strong communication and mentoring skills to train engineering graduates and working professionals. Role & responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct interactive classroom, virtual, and lab-based training sessions on DevOps, Cloud, and related tools. Deliver beginner to advanced-level sessions covering CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and cloud-native practices. Customize training content based on audience background (students, corporate professionals, freshers). Curriculum Development Design and update DevOps training modules, labs, and projects. Develop real-world use cases, assignments, and mini-projects for hands-on learning. Keep content aligned with industry trends and certification standards (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins). Mentoring & Evaluation Guide learners on projects, coding practices, and DevOps implementation. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learner progress. Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help participants succeed. Industry Engagement Stay updated with DevOps/Cloud tools and evolving technologies. Integrate real-world scenarios, case studies, and industry best practices into training. Contribute to blogs, knowledge sessions, and internal trainer development initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.
