Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules Maintain good supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved quotations. Ensure purchases are within approved budgets. Maintain records of purchase requests, quotations, approvals, POs, delivery notes, and invoices. Maintain soft and hard copies of all procurement files for audit purposes.
