Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards. Manage shop floor operations, including supervising workers, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow processes. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of aerospace fabrication techniques and materials. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization. 2-4 years of experience in heavy fabrication industry (sheet metal, welding, cnc bending). Excellent manpower handling skills; ability to lead teams effectively.
